Lexus UX 300e Fast Charging Not Compatible With Local Stations
In June, we bought my wife a Lexus UX 300e. They also provided a home wall charging unit with the vehicle. However, they never told us that there are no compatible public fast-charging stations in Izmir for this car. Yes, it sounds unbelievable. The vehicle cannot be fast-charged in Izmir because the fast-charging socket on the car does not match any of the charging stations in the city.
We expect Lexus—one of the world’s leading brands in customer satisfaction—to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
