I purchased an MG4 Luxury expecting a modern, high-tech experience, but I’m already frustrated. The iSmart connection is still unavailable, making it impossible to use key features that were supposed to come with the vehicle. On top of that, the menu is only available in English, despite the expectation that a language update would fix this. For a brand promoting smart technology, failing to provide essential software updates is unacceptable. I expect MG to release an urgent fix for both the iSmart connectivity issue and Turkish language support. This should have been resolved by now, and I demand an immediate solution so customers in Turkey can use their vehicles as intended.
