Lenovo=Fiasco, Zero Customer Satisfaction

I purchased my Lenovo Ideapad3 (Pf2m7cl4) device with serial number from the Media Markt Izmit branch on September 25, 2021. Right from the start, the device exhibited sound and battery problems. Due to the pandemic and online lessons, I couldn't immediately send it for warranty repair until December 4, 2022. After encountering issues with the battery quickly draining and the sound ceasing altogether, I entrusted the product to the Media Markt service. However, after 15 days, it was returned to me with no improvements made. Upon further testing with a customer representative, it was determined that the device needed repair at an authorized service center. Despite another 20 days passing (which exceeded the legal repair period), only a few parts were changed, including the IO board and battery. On July 13, 2023, the battery stopped charging, and the processor began to overheat while running at 100%. I contacted Markt for assistance. The situation worsened when they initially claimed my warranty had expired, then later acknowledged its validity upon receipt of my invoice. As of August 14, 2023, my device has returned, only to find that neither the processor nor the battery had been addressed. It's a complete disappointment! I urge Lenovo representatives to consider improving repair efficiency, as delays affect the warranty period. For those reading this, I advise caution with the Lenovo brand, given the frustrating customer service experience. It seems the device was treated as if it were a market-bought item. I will continue sharing updates on this ongoing issue.
