Please Fix My Lemon8 Account

I am a Lemon8 user with the username @lunafre***, registered with the email address lunafreya***[email protected] and the phone number 3156942***. On May 23, while accessing my account from a Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus, I discovered that my Lemon8 account had been banned without any prior warning, explanation, or clear reason. After noticing the ban, I contacted Lemon8 support several times. However, each time I only received the same generic response containing the community guidelines and rules, without any specific information about which rule I allegedly violated or what content or behavior led to this decision. This is very frustrating because I am not given any chance to understand or correct anything. I request that my Lemon8 account be fully reinstated and that I be provided with a clear, detailed explanation of the exact reason for the ban. I expect this situation to be reviewed carefully and resolved as soon as possible, as I would like to continue using my account without this uncertainty.
