Lemon8 Account Retrieval Due To Ban

My Lemon8 account with the username “Maurstyl” was suddenly banned last week when I tried to open the app. A message appeared saying that my account was banned due to Community Guidelines violations, but no specific reason or detail was provided. I hardly ever post content on Lemon8 and mainly use the app to save posts for inspiration. As far as I know, I have not shared anything that could violate the Community Guidelines. I contacted Lemon8 support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban on my account be lifted. If there is any specific issue, I would also like to be clearly informed about what allegedly violated the rules so I can avoid similar problems in the future.
