Lebara won’t let me top up; how can I add credit?

If Lebara won’t let you top up, try topping up through MyLebara online or the app, or use the guest checkout if you don’t want to log in. Lebara accepts Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and American Express, and PayPal is also available.

If the online payment fails, try another supported card or PayPal, or top up in-store with cash or card.

You can also use a Lebara voucher by calling 5588 and entering its 14-digit code; incorrect voucher entries can block the top-up service.

If you were charged but the credit hasn’t appeared, allow a few minutes for the balance to update; Lebara says to contact customer service if it still hasn’t appeared after four hours.
