LoL Role Selection Not Working—Getting Assigned Wrong Lane

I have been playing League of Legends for three years, but the new ranked pick system is completely broken for me. Despite selecting mid lane and top lane, I keep getting placed in bot lane, which is not what I selected.

This issue is ruining my gaming experience, as I am constantly forced to play a role I did not choose. It completely defeats the purpose of the role selection system.
