League of Legends Account Received Duplicate Chat Penalty
I would like to clearly explain the dates and details surrounding the penalty process I experienced on my League of Legends account. On September 14, 2026, the previous temporary suspension on my account ended, and I was able to access my account again. However, during the same period, my account still had an active “Bi Sohbet” chat penalty. Because of this, I had been unable to use in-game chat for approximately 10 days, and this chat penalty was supposed to remain in effect until September 25. In other words, when a new incident allegedly occurred on September 19, I already had an active “Bi Sohbet” chat penalty on my account and could not use the chat feature.
When I tried to log into my account at 1:56 AM on September 19, 2026, I saw that my account had received a 1-day temporary suspension and a 3-day chat penalty. This warning screen appeared only once, and because of it, I was unable to log into my account at that time. Furthermore, I do not understand why I would receive another chat penalty while I already had an active “Bi Sohbet” chat ban. I believe this could potentially be a system error. Afterward, I did not receive any clear explanation about what caused these penalties.
What I primarily want to know is exactly what incident caused the 1-day temporary suspension and the 3-day chat penalty that I saw at 1:56 AM on September 19, 2026. I want to emphasize that my previous suspension had ended on September 14, that I had already been unable to use chat for approximately 10 days because of an active “Bi Sohbet” penalty, and that this existing chat penalty was supposed to remain in effect until September 25. Despite this, I do not understand why a new 1-day temporary suspension and an additional 3-day chat penalty appeared on September 19, especially why another chat penalty was applied while I already had an active chat ban.
Therefore, I specifically request a clear and detailed explanation of the following points: what incident caused the 1-day temporary suspension shown at 1:56 AM on September 19, 2026; what incident caused the 3-day chat penalty shown at the same time; the exact date and time when these incidents occurred; why another 3-day “Bi Sohbet” chat penalty was applied while my existing chat penalty was still active and supposed to continue until September 25; why I was unable to log into my account at that time because of the 1-day temporary suspension shown on September 19; and why this suspension appeared on my account only once and did not appear again in the same way afterward.
Rather than simply appealing the same penalty again, I want to clearly understand exactly what happened to my account between September 14 and September 19, 2026, and, in particular, what specific incident the penalty shown at 1:56 AM on September 19 was based on. I kindly request that this entire process be explained to me in a transparent, understandable, and detailed manner.
