Unfair League of Legends Ban Caused by Connection Problems

My League of Legends account received a 1-day suspension due to technical problems caused by my computer. Because my computer was experiencing repeated shutdown and restart issues, my connection dropped during matches, and the system appears to have interpreted this as if I had intentionally left the games. However, these disconnections were completely caused by hardware and technical problems outside of my control.

Afterward, I fixed the issue with my computer, and I currently no longer have any technical problems affecting my gameplay or connection stability.

Following this situation, I opened a support ticket through Riot’s support system yesterday. However, aside from an automated response message, I have not received any real reply or assistance. So far, no explanation has been provided regarding my suspension, and the technical problems I experienced do not appear to have been properly considered.

I request that this unfair suspension be removed, that my account situation be reviewed again more carefully, and that I receive a clear and detailed response regarding the support ticket I submitted as soon as possible.
