League of Legends Client Crash Caused an Unfair 12 Hour Ban

While playing League of Legends, the game client crashed during the champion selection screen, preventing me from entering the match. As a result of this completely unintentional technical issue, the game was automatically marked as abandoned, and my account received a 12-hour penalty. The incident occurred on 07/16.

My in-game username is Hipospadias#KLMRB.

After experiencing this issue, I created multiple support tickets and requests regarding the problem. However, I have not received any response or follow-up from support, which has only increased my frustration and dissatisfaction with the situation.

I believe it is very clear that the client crash was a technical issue entirely outside of my control and not an intentional attempt to leave or ruin the game. Because of this, I request that the 12-hour penalty applied to my account be removed and that I receive a clear and detailed response regarding all of the support requests I have already submitted.
