How Can I Fix League of Legends RP Purchase Failure

I play League of Legends on the TR server under the username “Rynoxrose.” Today, between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., I tried to purchase RP (Riot Points). Even though my VakıfBank Troy card is open to e-commerce and has more than enough balance, when I entered my card details correctly on the payment screen, I received a warning saying “Your card information is incorrect.” Moreover, only Visa and Mastercard appear as payment options — payments via Troy cards are not supported.

To get RP, I bought a pin code worth $6 from farklıhesap.com.tr. When I entered the pin code correctly, I received an error message saying “This pin code cannot be used in your country.” I submitted a support ticket about this issue — they usually respond within 2–3 days — but I sent a new ticket today and haven’t received any reply yet.

I find it difficult to understand why a company as large as Riot Games still does not support Troy card payments. I request that Troy card payment support be added and that support tickets be answered more promptly in the future.
