Same Issue Again: LCW Dresses Delivered Without Belts
I recently placed an order via the LC Waikiki mobile app in Istanbul under the order number 2606281801568, and once again the dresses I purchased arrived without their belts. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this problem with the same type of product. Previously, I ordered different colors of the same dress and they also arrived without belts, so I had to return them because the products were incomplete. After I returned those dresses, their prices increased significantly and I lost the chance to buy them again at the original price, which meant I could not purchase and use the dress I actually wanted. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I had already reported this issue before, yet the same problem has occurred again in my latest order. These dresses are not clearance items or products sold with disclosed defects; they are regular products and should be delivered complete and exactly as advertised. Receiving incomplete dresses more than once suggests that this is not just a one-time mistake but a recurring issue in the way these products are prepared and shipped. To make matters worse, the products are currently out of stock in stores, so I cannot exchange them for complete items even if I wanted to. I have now experienced the same inconvenience twice and have not been offered a practical solution that compensates for my loss of time, the price difference, and the frustration caused. I kindly request that LC Waikiki carefully review this situation, acknowledge the inconvenience and financial loss caused by these repeated incomplete deliveries, and take the necessary steps to resolve my grievance and prevent similar issues from happening again to me or other customers.
