I am writing to share my serious concern regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced with LBank while using your services from the United States. On 4/1/2026, I initiated a withdrawal in the amount of 156,310.17 from my LBank account to my Crypto.com account. At the time of the transaction, I was clearly informed that the withdrawal would be processed within 10 to 30 minutes and that the funds would then appear in my Crypto.com account. When the funds did not arrive after about an hour, I contacted LBank customer service for clarification. Instead of a straightforward update, I was told that I had to pay an additional 7,800.00 to LBank for “verification” before my withdrawal could be released. I was also told that after paying this amount, both my withdrawn funds and the 7,800.00 would be returned to me. This requirement was never mentioned before I initiated the withdrawal, and it gives the impression that new conditions are being invented after the fact. I find it unacceptable that such a large withdrawal is being held up under an unexpected and unexplained payment request. My clear expectation is that LBank releases the full 156,310.17 to my Crypto.com account without requiring any additional “verification” payment and finalizes this withdrawal as originally promised. I request that my funds be transferred immediately and that this situation be resolved transparently and in accordance with the original terms communicated to me at the time of withdrawal.
