La Roche Uvmune 400 Smell So Bad
I purchased a La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 sunscreen in August 2025. I only opened the product last week and from the very first use I noticed that it has an unusually watery consistency and an extremely unpleasant smell, very similar to mustard, which is completely different from what I expect from this product. Due to these concerns, I went back to the pharmacy where I bought it and explained the situation, but my complaint was dismissed and I did not receive any support or solution. The product’s lot number is 54XN8J. Considering both the texture and smell, I am worried about the quality and safety of this product and I do not want to use it on my skin. I kindly request that the product in this lot be checked and that I be provided with a refund for this defective sunscreen. I expect this issue to be examined and resolved as soon as possible.
I could not use the product due to its watery consistency and strong fenugreek smell. I requested a return from Farmasi, but the brand has not responded, and I am still waiting for the refund. This situation made me think that the company is avoiding responsibility.
