I use the Kwai app on my Samsung G610F phone, downloaded through the Google Play Store. For about a week now, the messages section in Kwai has completely stopped working — I can’t see any messages at all. During this time, I restarted my phone and even deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue was not resolved. I am not experiencing this problem in any other apps; it only happens with Kwai. I have not made any payments through the app, and I am not receiving any error messages either.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the necessary technical support be provided so I can access my messages again.
