Kwai Messaging Not Showing on Redmi 9A

Even though I have reinstalled the Kwai app on my Redmi 9A phone since November 1, I still cannot use the messaging feature. The option to send messages does not appear anywhere in the app, and I am not receiving any error messages either. My account has no restrictions or penalties. I also tried logging in with a different account and using a different internet connection, but the issue continues.
