I Report Kwai Family Creation Feature Missing On My Android Account
For the past 3–4 days, I have been unable to use the family creation feature in the Kwai app. I am using the latest version of the app on my Android device, but the button to create a family has completely disappeared. I updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it, and even restarted my device, yet the issue persists.
I reached out to Kwai customer support, but I have not received any reply. What makes this more frustrating is that people around me who use the same app do not face this problem—so it seems to only affect my account. I request that the family creation feature be reactivated on my account and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
