Kwai Charged Me Twice for One Diamond Purchase
I purchased the 364-diamond package in the Kwai app for approximately $6, but my bank card was charged approximately $11 instead. The payment appears to have been processed twice at the exact same date and time, yet only 364 diamonds were credited to my Kwai account.
I made the purchase on May 3 using my Vivo smartphone. My bank statement clearly shows that the charge was processed twice. Unfortunately, I could not find a customer support channel or a way to contact Kwai through the app or any other official support method, so I was unable to report the issue directly.
I request a full refund of the extra $6 that was charged to my bank card. I also ask Kwai to investigate the duplicate transaction and ensure that similar billing errors do not occur in the future.
