Kosmos Visa Consultancy Failed to Book Poland Visa Appointment After Two Months

I initiated a Schengen/Poland multi-tourist visa application process for myself and my son through Kosmos Visa Consultancy, operating in Antalya, back in March. They guaranteed an appointment slot within two weeks at the latest, and trusting this guarantee due to an urgent travel itinerary, I agreed to proceed with their services.

Despite nearly two months having passed, no appointment was scheduled nor was any concrete progress made. Even though I reached out repeatedly, I received no updates or callbacks; the process came to a complete standstill, and none of the assurances made to me were fulfilled.

Due to the lost time and severe inconvenience caused, I demand an immediate and full refund of the total service fee I paid to this agency.
