Konami's Age Verification System Blocks Legitimate eFootball Players

I am a player from Brazil and I am having a problem with my eFootball account related to age verification. On 31/05/2026 my account was blocked as if I were underage, even though I am not a minor. Since this date I have been unable to use my account normally. I have not yet contacted Konami support directly and I am submitting this complaint to formally record the situation and request a review. I am willing to provide any data or documents that may be necessary to prove my age and identity. With this complaint, I request that my eFootball account be unlocked and that Konami confirm that I am not underage, correcting the age verification on my profile so that I can use the game and my account again without restrictions.
