Konami Quality Decline After PES 21

Being a dedicated PES player for over 20 years, I have achieved numerous tournament wins and developed a strong passion for the game. Unfortunately, ever since the online service concluded with PES 21, the series has seen a significant decline in quality. It's really frustrating that I ended up selling my PlayStation. I used to rely on PES as a way to unwind, but these days I can't even bring myself to play PES 24. What caused such a significant decline in the popularity of this game?
