Konami Purchase Missing After Successful Google Play Payment
Today, 27 August 2027, I made an in‑game purchase in a Konami game on my Android device to buy the player Luis Suárez. The price of the player was 100 Kenyan shillings and I completed the payment via Google Play. The amount of 100 Ksh was successfully taken from my balance, as can be seen from the M‑PESA confirmation for a 100.00 Ksh payment to Google Play Store on 27/8/26, but I did not receive the Luis Suárez player in my game account after the purchase. I request that either the Luis Suárez player be added to my account as soon as possible or that my 100 Ksh be fully refunded, and that the issue be checked and resolved.
