Konami ID Hacked After Password Change – Lost Access to eFootball Account

I have been playing Konami’s eFootball on my Android phone for years and have built up a lot of progress on my account. On 12.06.2026, one of my students changed the password of my Konami ID and took full control of the account. Since this change, I have been completely locked out and can no longer access my Konami ID or my eFootball account. I still know my Konami ID username and the email address that was originally registered to the account. I have already tried recovery steps such as “forgot password” and other methods to regain access, but I have not been able to log back in. I have not yet received any support from Konami regarding this situation. Because this account represents years of progress in the game, I kindly request that my access to my original Konami ID be restored, the unauthorized password change be reversed, and my account be secured so that I can safely continue using eFootball.
