I Paid for eFootball Coins but My Balance Never Updated

I have been playing Konami’s eFootball game for approximately 4 years. For a long time, I have felt extremely unlucky in the game and disappointed with the results I receive despite spending money regularly. While my friends are able to obtain high-rated players very quickly either for free or with very little spending, I have repeatedly made purchases without receiving similar results.

Most recently, around 6:00 AM this morning, I purchased approximately $15 worth of coins using my Ziraat Bank card. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my card, but no coins were added to my account. After the transaction, I also did not receive any notification, confirmation message, or email regarding the purchase. My in-game account name is registered as “hasan1365.”

After spending years playing and supporting this game, experiencing this type of issue has been genuinely upsetting. Not receiving the content I paid for has also seriously damaged my trust in the game. I request that the coins corresponding to the amount charged from my card be added completely and correctly to my “hasan1365” account as soon as possible and that my issue be properly investigated.
