I Didn’t Receive Free Ronaldinho in PES While Others Did

In the PES game, Konami recently offered a free Ronaldinho player giveaway, but shockingly, not everyone received it—including me. This has caused a huge wave of complaints from many players who, like myself, feel unfairly excluded from what should have been an equal opportunity for all.

There has been no clear explanation as to why only certain users were given access to this promotional item. I’ve checked all the usual claim sections in the game, restarted multiple times, and even updated the app—still nothing.

It’s extremely disappointing that Konami, a company with such a global reputation, failed to ensure fairness and transparency in this campaign. I urge Konami to immediately grant Ronaldinho to all affected players and show that they value their player base equally. We deserve to be treated fairly and not feel left out of in-game promotions for no valid reason.
