eFootball In-App Purchase Refund Request
I regularly make in-game purchases in eFootball on my iPhone by charging them directly to my credit card. My in-game username is Burhanaqti. While I do not know the exact total, I have spent approximately $275–$415 on the game so far.
Despite spending that much money, the game has not given me a single Epic player. Continuously spending and never once pulling an Epic player has completely turned me off from the game and left me feeling genuinely cheated.
I am requesting that all of my purchases be reviewed, that the system be checked for any errors or unfair outcomes, and that I be assisted with a refund for the payments I have made up to this point.
