My Hair Turned Orange After Using Koleston Wella 0/1 Blue Black Dye
Today, I purchased two boxes of Koleston Wella 0/1 blue-black hair dye. I applied the product exactly according to the instructions, but instead of turning black, my hair turned orange. I opened the second box to try it as well, but it also resulted in a completely different color. There was no damage to the packaging of either box, nor any issue with the expiration date. Because of this, I want my hair restored to its original state and my grievance resolved. I am keeping the product packaging and can provide it if requested.
