Kiwi.com Ignored My Refund Request Made Minutes After Booking

Through Kiwi.com, I purchased a ticket for the Brussels–Izmir flight dated May 22 under reservation number 729929948. After realizing that I had accidentally booked the wrong date, I created a cancellation request through the application within approximately 2 minutes. The app shows that my refund request was created, but it also states that the request was never forwarded to the airline, and there has been absolutely no progress since January 26.

During this process, whenever I contacted customer service, I only received repetitive automated responses with the same generic content and no concrete solution was ever provided. The application no longer allows me to create another cancellation request, and when I attempted to change the flight date, I was informed that my ticket was not eligible for modifications.

Even though I noticed the mistake almost immediately and submitted a cancellation request right away, months have passed without any progress, and I continue to be ignored with only automated messages. Because of this ongoing situation, I have experienced serious inconvenience and frustration. I request that the €109 ticket amount be refunded to me based on the cancellation request I submitted immediately after booking.
