Kiwi.com Blocked Me From Changing My Flight Even Though the Airline Allows It

I am unable to take my upcoming flight, and the airline allows changes for a fee, which could have saved me a significant amount of money. However, Kiwi.com has blocked both me and the airline from making any changes directly. They are enforcing this restriction because I purchased their lowest fare, and they refuse to allow any modifications to my booking. The airline is surprised by this policy, noting that many more reputable agencies do not impose such restrictions. Kiwi.com actively prevents its users from finding solutions that could save them considerable expenses. They do not even allow customers to pay an additional fee to make a change that the airline would otherwise permit, were it not for Kiwi's intervention.
