We received the KitchenAid Blender K400 5KSB4026EHY (Serial No. ser wa 0744248) as a wedding gift, and upon opening the box, we were very disappointed to find that the most essential part, the stirring rod, was missing. This was a huge letdown, especially from a well-known brand like KitchenAid. I expect much better from such a reputable company. I am requesting that this missing part be sent to us as soon as possible so we can use the blender properly. Please address this issue promptly and make sure the necessary part is delivered without further delay.
