We received the KitchenAid Blender K400 5KSB4026EHY (Serial No. ser wa 0744248) as a wedding gift, and upon opening the box, we were very disappointed to find that the most essential part, the stirring rod, was missing. This was a huge letdown, especially from a well-known brand like KitchenAid. I expect much better from such a reputable company.
