KFC Family Bucket Delivered with Wrong Soda and Stale Food

I ordered the Family Bucket Meal through KFC’s app for an evening meal, specifying regular cola as my drink. Instead, I received a Zero Cola. I even noted for fresh food in the order comments—something that shouldn’t even need mentioning, but the food we got was clearly reheated and old. The chicken pieces, especially the drumsticks and wings, were small and unappetizing. The fries were not crispy at all, seeming stale and possibly refried, which made them taste incredibly old. Attempting to reach the branch or customer service has been a complete dead end. I’ve faced similar issues repeatedly with KFC, and it’s evident that customer satisfaction is no longer their priority. I hope KFC realizes that quality and service matter before more customers are turned away.
