If Keiki keeps billing you monthly,
Identify where the subscription is active;
• Could be:
– App Store (iPhone)
– Google Play (Android)
– Keiki website
• Important:
– You MUST cancel from the same platform
– Deleting the app does NOT stop billing
Cancel it properly (step-by-step);
• Website:
– Log in → Account → Subscription → Cancel → Confirm
• iPhone:
– Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Keiki → Cancel
• Android:
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
• PayPal (if used):
– Settings → Automatic Payments → Cancel
• After canceling:
– You still have access until billing period ends
– No new charges after that
Confirm cancellation (critical);
• Check:
– Status = “Canceled”
– Confirmation email received
• No confirmation = still active
Force-stop charges if needed;
• Do ALL of these:
– Remove saved card (if possible)
– Contact your bank:
– Block recurring payments
– Block Keiki merchant
Canceling alone sometimes isn’t enough.
