Karcher Sold Me a Different SC Deluxe Model and Refused to Cover Missing Parts
The purchasing process on the Karcher page lists the price of the SC Deluxe (Sig. Line) model but offers a different model. The product does not include the missing parts that were promised in the offer (5 parts are missing, and they only offer products with 2 parts due to a malfunction). When I inquired about the price difference between the two models, they informed me that they would not cover the price difference. They also claimed that such a large company could not supply the product it sells and refused to cover the ₺1500 price difference.
The model I purchased was supposed to include the carpet cleaner, pressure nozzle, general floor cleaning cloth (+1), and a wide round brush. Instead, they said they would only send the glass apparatus and a cloth with the offer. The customer’s opinion no longer seems to matter, and if the order is canceled to obtain the correct products, nothing will be refunded.
Unfortunately, I decided to buy a Karcher as they celebrate their 40th year, but they caused me trouble before even delivering the product.
