I purchased a Karcher AF 20 air purifier, which was delivered with a valid warranty. The device malfunctioned during the warranty period and was handed over to your authorized service center in February 2025. Despite contacting Kärcher customer service four times until May 13, 2025, I only received the generic response that "the service department will be informed," with no resolution provided. Due to the legally defined maximum service time being exceeded, I formally requested a replacement unit in accordance with my legal rights. However, on May 17, 2025, the repaired product was shipped back to me, clearly beyond the maximum 20 business day repair period as stated in consumer protection law. Additionally, the package was delivered while I was not home, and the product was left unprotected in an empty box at my doorstep. Furthermore, although I had sent the charger along with the unit, the charger was not returned. In light of the above, I would like to emphasize the following: The legal maximum repair time of 20 business days was clearly exceeded. The product was returned in an inappropriate, unprotected condition. The charger I sent was not included in the return. Customer service throughout the process has been unsatisfactory and unresponsive. Therefore, in accordance with Article 11 of the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, I hereby request the replacement of the product with a new one as per my legal rights. I chose the Karcher brand due to its corporate reputation, but I am highly disappointed with the post-sales service I have experienced. I respectfully request that this issue be resolved immediately. Otherwise, I will be compelled to take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and other legal authorities.
