I ordered the Karaca Retro Personal Smoothie Blender on August 31, 2025, through Trendyol, and it was delivered to me on September 3, 2025. I used the product without any problems until November 17, 2025. However, on November 12, 2025, the lid of the blender began leaking liquid. Now, the product leaks every time I use it, even if the container isn't full. This not only disrupts my comfort but also poses a safety hazard while the power tool is operating. I contacted Karaca regarding the issue and explained the situation in detail, and they asked me to send the product for inspection. I submitted the product, along with the invoice and warranty certificate, to the courier for delivery to an authorized service center. Because I have an ongoing service record, I cannot reach Karaca customer service directly by phone; the system constantly redirects me to WhatsApp for text communication. Upon inspection, the technical service informed me that the product is not covered by the warranty, that the blade is defective, and that the blade is considered an accessory, and that repairs will be charged. My registration number is SRV-1018641-J6R5S. I do not accept this type of charge for a product that is still under warranty and malfunctions during normal use. If the product is under warranty, I believe the malfunction should be repaired free of charge. I see many people complaining about similar issues with the same product. If the product is defective, I believe its sale should be discontinued, or at least, customers should not be charged for products still under warranty. I request that the product be repaired free of charge, within the warranty period, at no cost to me. I request that my existing service record be reviewed accordingly and that my issue be resolved within the warranty terms.
