My Juul isn't hitting anymore — how can I fix it without buying a new one?

Start by placing your Juul on its magnetic charger for a full hour — a dead or low battery is the most common reason it stops hitting.

If it's charged but still silent, use a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the metal contacts on both the device and the pod, then let everything dry completely before reassembling.

Remove the pod, tap it gently mouthpiece-side up on a hard surface, then check that its gold connectors at the base are slightly raised — if they're pressed flat or angled downward, they won't make proper contact.

If the problem persists, remove the pod and blow gently into the device's connection slot to clear any lingering residue.

A paperclip can also carefully reach inside the pod slot to dislodge stubborn buildup — just be very gentle to avoid bending anything.

Finally, test with a different pod to confirm whether the issue is the device itself or just the pod you've been using.
