Verschwundene Einzahlung über Turbo-Funktion bei Jokerbet
Am 7. Januar habe ich die neue Turbo-Einzahlungsfunktion von Jokerbet genutzt, was sich als katastrophale Erfahrung herausstellte. Obwohl ich in der Vergangenheit problemlos Einzahlungen und Auszahlungen über diese Plattform vorgenommen habe, ist meine Einzahlung um 17:02 Uhr an diesem Tag spurlos verschwunden. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, das Problem zu klären, und der Vorlage von Kontoauszügen sowie Belegen gibt es keine Rückmeldung von Jokerbet. Die angegebene IBAN stimmt exakt mit der von der Turbo-Einzahlungsfunktion bestätigten überein, und dennoch fehlt das Geld. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, dass ich als Nutzer ohne jede Erklärung oder Lösung zurückgelassen werde. Ich fordere eine umgehende Klärung und Rückerstattung meines Geldes.
