If Jio shows the wrong plan details or you ended up on the wrong plan, first open the MyJio app or jio.com dashboard and check your active plan, balance and validity to confirm exactly what’s currently applied.
Then you can change or correct your plan directly in MyJio by selecting View plan → Change/Buy new plan and completing the purchase; changes typically take effect within 24 hours and a confirmation SMS is sent.
If the app still shows incorrect info or a recharge didn’t apply as expected, contact JioCare support via live chat, call or the help section in MyJio with screenshots and your number so they can fix it or refund the wrong recharge.
