Demand Jeton Wallet to Release Blocked Funds and Fix System Glitches

1

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my personal Jeton Wallet account, where a completely fictitious negative balance has been created and more than 200,000 USD of my funds have effectively been taken and not returned since June 2025. This negative balance is not the result of any real debt or overdraft on my side, but of an internal accounting and reconciliation error related to card refunds. My broker XM sent refunds back to the original payment source (my Jeton virtual cards) via the Visa/Mastercard network. Due to a processing and synchronization bug on Jeton’s side, these incoming refunds were delayed and/or displayed incorrectly on my interface. Later, when Jeton finally regularized these late refunds, their system validated the amounts. However, during a subsequent internal recalculation or audit, their software wrongly accounted for these movements, with double postings or incorrect entries. To rebalance their own books after this technical bug, Jeton manually applied large “Balance Adjustments” to my account. It is precisely these unilateral manual adjustments that pushed my account into a negative balance and created a completely artificial “debt” that does not correspond to any transaction or request from me. This negative balance does not come from any chargeback requested by me or my bank, from any transfer cancellation made by me, from any loan, authorized overdraft, or illicit use of funds. It is only the consequence of Jeton trying to shift onto me the cost of a technical failure in their own card processing and synchronization system. Despite this, customer service has not taken my explanations seriously and continues to treat this situation as if I owed them a real debt that came out of nowhere. I am claiming approximately 200,000 USD and I request the following from Jeton. First, I ask for the full cancellation of this fictitious negative balance and the unconditional removal of all unjustified manual “Balance Adjustment” entries that created this artificial deficit. Second, I request the immediate release of all funds that were refunded by XM to my Jeton cards and have been effectively blocked, and I ask to be allowed to withdraw the entire amount to my bank account or an external wallet. Finally, I request the complete lifting of any restrictions on my account or, if Jeton does not wish to continue our relationship, the proper closure of my account after transferring all my capital and issuing a final statement confirming that my balance is settled at zero. I ask Jeton Wallet to urgently review my case, correct this accounting error, and return my funds without further delay.
