If JCEX tracking shows the wrong city location;
• Contact JCEX customer support via email or website form and explain that your tracking displays an incorrect city
• Provide your order number, tracking number, correct delivery address, wrong city shown, and screenshots of the tracking page
Ask them to;
• Verify the shipping label and routing details
• Correct the delivery city/address in their system
• Confirm whether the parcel has been misrouted and how it will be redirected
If the problem persists;
• Keep all tracking screenshots, order confirmations, and messages
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek correction, proper delivery, or compensation
