My Withdrawal Stuck in Processing and Extra Deposit Demanded

I am filing a complaint regarding a withdrawal problem I experienced on the website jalwagamea1.com, known as Jalwa. On 23 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 18,710 from my account, but the transaction has remained in “processing” status and the money has not been paid to me. Prior to this, I had successfully deposited 3,000 on the platform without any issues. However, when I contacted Jalwa customer service about my pending withdrawal, I was told that I would have to deposit an additional 6,700 in order to complete the withdrawal. I do not find this request believable or acceptable, and I have therefore refused to make this extra payment. I have screenshots that clearly show my withdrawal request and the communication about this additional deposit demand. I request that my withdrawal of 18,710 be processed and paid to me without any further conditions, and that this issue be investigated urgently so that similar situations do not occur again.
