Cannot Recover Free Fire Account After Hack and Unauthorized Changes

My Free Fire account (FF ID: 8903820463) was hacked on April 29, 2026. The account was originally linked to my Facebook profile. The hacker changed both the phone number and the password, which has completely locked me out and made it impossible to recover the account through normal methods.

I have had this account for a long time and have invested a significant amount of time and effort into it, along with more than ৳10,000 in in-game purchases. It is extremely frustrating to suddenly lose access to everything despite not doing anything wrong. All my progress, purchases, and data are now inaccessible.

I am requesting that my Free Fire account be recovered and returned to me as the rightful owner. I also ask that all unauthorized changes be removed and that my account be properly secured to prevent this kind of incident from happening again. I am based in Bangladesh, and all my gameplay and payments have been made from there.

Please investigate this issue, restore my access to FF ID 8903820463, and ensure my account is protected going forward.
