I am writing regarding a fraudulent transaction processed via iyzico with the description “iyzico*momovm.com istanbul tr” on my Visa card in the amount of 69.99. I have never used the website momovm.com and did not authorize this payment in any way. My card was used without my knowledge or consent, and I consider this an identity theft situation. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the unauthorized amount of 69.99 be refunded to me.
