iyzico Fraud Identity Theft

I am writing regarding a fraudulent transaction processed via iyzico with the description “iyzico*momovm.com istanbul tr” on my Visa card in the amount of 69.99. I have never used the website momovm.com and did not authorize this payment in any way. My card was used without my knowledge or consent, and I consider this an identity theft situation. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the unauthorized amount of 69.99 be refunded to me. I have not yet contacted my bank or iyzico directly, and I am sharing these details so that the transaction can be examined in detail and the merchant using iyzico can be checked. I expect written information about the outcome of the investigation and the steps taken to prevent similar unauthorized use in the future.
