Unauthorized Charge From IQScore.ME, Request Refund And Cancellation

My name is Amandeep Kaur and I am writing about an unauthorized charge made by IQSCORE.ME/US. On July 25 I paid around $1 to IQSCORE.ME/US only to take a test and receive a certificate. After this small payment, on July 28 a new charge of $27.71 appeared on my account without my permission. I did not agree to any subscription or recurring payment, and I was not clearly informed that any additional amount would be taken. In addition, even after paying the initial $1 amount, I did not receive the certificate that was promised for the test. I kindly request that my subscription, if any was created, be immediately cancelled, that the unauthorized $27.71 charge be fully refunded to me, and that my certificate for the test I took be provided, or my initial $1 payment also refunded if the service cannot be delivered. I am currently living in Canada and I am sharing this complaint so that this issue can be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
