IQscore.me Ignored My Refund Request After an Unauthorized Charge

On 15 September 2026 at around 1:28 a.m. Cairo time, a payment of 14.99 USD was taken from my credit card via Google Pay to IQscore.me. I did not subscribe to or purchase any service, and the only test I had seen was supposed to cost 1 USD, which I had already paid. This 14.99 USD charge was made without my consent and for no clear reason. After noticing the transaction, I emailed IQscore.me support, but I have not received any response so far. I find it unacceptable that such an amount was charged without authorization and that my support request is being ignored. I kindly request the immediate full refund of the 14.99 USD charged to my credit card and a clear explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
