IPTVProBox X1 Fails From Day One, Streams Freeze and Quality Is Poor

After purchasing my IPTVProBox X1 device, I started experiencing problems accessing broadcasts from the very first day. Since the channels would not open at all, I installed different paid applications based on the recommendations of the people involved, but this did not solve the issue either. Later, I was told that I needed to use the VLC program to access the broadcasts. When I tried it this way, the channels did open, but I constantly experienced freezing issues and poor image quality, with the streams not even being in HD.
After purchasing the product, I contacted customer service to receive technical support. However, not only was no solution provided, but I was eventually blocked. Even though I currently have a one-year subscription, I am unable to access the promised service quality or broadcasts.
I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the service and quality promised in exchange for my payment be fully provided.
