Dell XPS 15 9575 Warranty Complaint
I've encountered numerous issues with my Dell XPS 15 9575. Most were resolved within the first two years, including a keyboard replacement due to unreliable keystrokes. However, the replacement keyboard had a small crack in the left ALT key, and despite being told it wasn't worth replacing, I expected it to be covered under warranty. As my warranty was about to expire, I was bombarded with renewal requests, even after renewing with onsite service. Later, the crack in my left Alt key worsened, and although I had the extended warranty, Dell demanded $200 for repair. Despite these issues, I experienced unresponsive keys and hardware malfunctions, and when seeking support, I was misled into unnecessary purchases. It seems the warranty and representatives are unreliable, and the product quality is subpar.
