My AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Processor Arrived with Burn Marks

1I ordered an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D tray processor on September 24, 2024, through an online store, but the product I received today appears to be damaged. As shown in the attached photos, the processor has visible burn marks and looks as if it was previously used. This is unacceptable for a brand-new product. I immediately contacted İnce Hesap representatives via email to address the issue, but I need confirmation: is this condition normal for a new processor? I expect a prompt replacement or refund, as this situation is highly frustrating and impacts my ability to use the product. Please resolve this issue immediately and ensure I receive a brand-new, undamaged processor.
