Weekly Bonuses Missing and Support Has Not Fixed It

I use Instamatch through the website and I am supposed to receive weekly bonuses, but for more than a week now my weekly bonuses have been lost and I am not getting what I am entitled to. The bonuses simply do not appear as they should and I am effectively losing them. I contacted Instamatch support about this problem and they told me they would look into it, but since then nothing has been fixed and my weekly bonuses have still not been restored. I request that my account be checked urgently, that all missing weekly bonuses be restored to me, and that the weekly bonus system on my account be fixed so that I do not lose any bonuses in the future.
