For the past 3 years, we have diligently managed our Instagram account with a professional agency, allocating specific resources and budget to enhance our 42-year-old brand's online presence. Shockingly, our account has been abruptly shut down, citing a violation of community guidelines in the email notification. What does this mean? Our account, primarily used for internal communication, featured special occasions, brand promotions, and event participation aimed at bolstering our brand reputation. We are baffled as to how we could have violated community guidelines and are unable to reach a real person to discuss and resolve this issue. The closure of this account is unjust.
